Dr. van der Smissen has been a professional counselor for over 25 years working with adults, adolescents, and children. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, graduate and post-graduate degrees in Counseling Psychology, and a doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Her specialization in hypnosis and NLP make it possible to offer clients short-term intervention and assistance. Services provided are individual and group sessions in hypnotherapy and/or NLP to assist clients in restoring and enhancing mind and body wellness.
